WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS

Depending on how you use the website, we may process:

  • first and last name;
  • email address;
  • telephone number;
  • reservation date and time;
  • number of guests;
  • booking and order details;
  • VIP table, birthday or complimentary transport selections;
  • order notes;
  • information submitted through Work With Us;
  • files voluntarily attached to Work With Us applications;
  • technical information necessary for website security and operation;
  • source/referrer and campaign attribution information where Analytics consent has been provided.

WHY WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA

We process personal data where necessary to:

  • provide reservations and purchased services;
  • process and administer orders;
  • communicate with customers;
  • arrange requested services;
  • process payments and prevent fraud;
  • respond to enquiries;
  • process Work With Us applications;
  • comply with accounting, tax and other legal obligations;
  • analyse how visitors find the website where consent has been provided;
  • display external services such as Google Maps where consent has been provided.

WOOCOMMERCE AND ORDERS

When you place an order through the website, information required to process the reservation and order is stored in WooCommerce.

This may include:

  • first name;
  • last name;
  • telephone number;
  • email address;
  • reservation date;
  • reservation time;
  • number of people;
  • selected reservation options;
  • order notes;
  • payment/order status.

Order and billing records are retained for the period required by applicable accounting and tax legislation, which may be up to 10 years.

Other reservation data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service, handle related requests or claims and comply with applicable legal obligations.

PAYMENTS

Payments may be processed through PayPal.

When PayPal payment functionality is used, PayPal may process technical, payment, device and fraud-prevention information according to its own privacy and cookie policies. Darling does not store card or PayPal account credentials.

WORK WITH US

Applicants may provide:

  • name;
  • email;
  • phone;
  • position applied for;
  • optional message;
  • optional JPG, JPEG, PNG or PDF attachments.

Applications are intended to be received at info@kabaret.cz.

The current Work With Us form is not yet technically integrated and does not currently transmit, email or store submitted applications.

Once the form is connected, applications from candidates who are not hired will be retained for up to 6 months after receipt unless a longer retention period is required by law or separately agreed with the applicant.

COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

The website uses:

  • strictly necessary storage for cart, checkout, age verification, consent preferences and payment security;
  • optional analytics/order-attribution cookies;
  • optional functional external content such as Google Maps.

EXTERNAL SERVICES

The website may use:

  • Google Maps;
  • PayPal;
  • WooCommerce;
  • cabaret.online through external booking links.

When a visitor follows an external link, processing by the external provider is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

GOOGLE MAPS

Google Maps is loaded only where Functional consent permits it.

Google may receive technical information such as IP address, browser information and referring/origin information when Maps is loaded.

ANALYTICS / ORDER ATTRIBUTION

If Analytics consent is provided, WooCommerce Order Attribution / Sourcebuster may store information such as:

  • referring source;
  • campaign/UTM values;
  • entry page;
  • session information;
  • page count;
  • browser/device-related information.

This category does not activate before Analytics consent.

RECIPIENTS AND PROCESSORS

Personal data may be processed by providers necessary to operate the website and services, including hosting, payment and technical providers where applicable.

Where third-party providers such as Google or PayPal process data outside the European Economic Area, their own data-transfer safeguards and applicable contractual arrangements may apply.
